The complex functional part and lattice detail shown are printed in PEEK by SLS. PPS and PEEK systems are now being delivered in batches, while Sinter3D continues to develop material processes and practical applications around real industrial parts. PEEK and PPS target temperature-resistant, chemically resistant and high-performance polymer applications. Glass-bead / glass-fiber and carbon-fiber reinforced composites support stiffness, dimensional stability and lightweight functional parts. Application-driven development can also include flame-retardant or insulation-oriented formulations where required.
